Dr Goh graduated from medical studies in the National University of Singapore in 1996 with a MBBS degree. He has a graduate diploma in medicine from the Royal College of Physicians, United Kingdom and a graduate diploma in emergency medicine from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
He is well liked by his patients for his caring approach and has received several excellent service awards during his work in the hospitals. His passion is in drawing and has published an illustration book
